Share Pledge
A
member has the ability to take a loan against shares already deposited
in an account. The maximum loan term is 120 months. Loan terms up to
60 months have a fixed interest rate set 3% above the current middle
tier dividend rate, subject to change quarterly. Loan terms of 61 –
120 months have a variable interest rate set 4% above the current
middle tier dividend rate, subject to change monthly. The share
account containing the pledged funds will be secured against any
activity without management approval. A member may have access to
funds over and above the pledged amount. All terms and conditions are
subject to change.
