Fixed Rate Home Equity Loan
A
member may borrow a maximum of $150,000.00 against his/her primary
residence dependent upon the available equity in his/her home. Loan
amounts over $150,000.00 are available
however they are subject to
approval by the Board of Directors.
Berks Community Federal Credit
Union will lend up to 80% of the appraised value of the home as
first lienholder on the property. Berks Community Federal
Credit Union will lend up to 75% of the appraised value of the home
minus the amount of the first lien as second lienholder
on the property. Repayment terms up to 180 months are available.
Minimum lendable loan amount is $5,000.00. This interest rate is
reviewed monthly by the Asset/Liability Committee and set quarterly by
the Board of Directors. All terms and conditions subject to change.
